A Russian Proton-M rocket successfully launched this evening from Baikonur in Kazakhstan at 21:09 UTC, February 14th 2014 with the Turksat 4A satellite onboard. <br /> <br />Turksat 4A will be positioned at 42 degrees East providing high powered TV broadcasting to Turkey as well as Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
